SARASOTA, Fla., April 3, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Teltronics, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TELT) , a leading provider of communication solutions, announces the partnering with Shorecrest Preparatory School, the oldest independent day school in Florida, in supporting their annual phone-a-thon with the Teltronics Cerato Vision IP voice switches. Using both digital and analog switches connected to 30 phones, Shorecrest volunteers successfully solicited caller donations totaling $45,000 enabling the school to raise 90% of their goal for the evening. Shorecrest's annual fund provides their students a better opportunity to exceed intellectually, morally, artistically, physically and with a responsibility to local and global communities.
The Cerato Vision IP voice switches, a recent release in the Teltronics Cerato family, are specifically built to provide the essential telephony needs of stand-alone businesses and networked remote offices that want improved, cost-effective communications between employees, prospects and customers. The stand-alone option offered the school the best solution in accomplishing their objective.
