NAPERVILLE, Ill., Jan. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Velocent Systems, a provider of solutions that allow wireless carriers to effectively and efficiently monitor their mobile data networks, today announced that Mark McIlvane has been appointed president and COO and that Julien Vernhiet was named regional vice president of the EMEA region.
McIlvane has worked with a number of technology companies and start-ups in the past, helping them to succeed in increasingly competitive marketplaces. He joins Velocent from Personeta, where he was president and CEO. "We're very fortunate to have Mark join our management team and share our enthusiasm for the company," said Bruce Peterson, founder and CEO of Velocent Systems.
