Ubiquity, Inc. Launches Free Investor Relations App

Investors can download the new mobile app at Apple's App store and Google Play

IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ubiquity, Inc. (OTCBB: UBIQ) ("Ubiquity" or the "Company"), a technology development and licensing company that holds an extensive portfolio of patents across multiple technology market verticals, announced the release today of its investor relations app for iPhone, iPad, and Android mobile devices now available for free at Apple's App Store for the iPhone and iPad http://bit.ly/1AvCfkK, and at Google Play http://bit.ly/1w5JuRw for Android mobile devices.

Ubiquity's investor relations app, which is powered by theIRapp™, allows users to navigate the Company's investor relations materials as well as receive a stock quote and other important stock information. Features in the app include the latest press releases and SEC filings, marketing and background information, videos, audiocast conference calls, and presentations from the Company. Sharing functionality via email, Twitter, and Facebook is available as well as the ability for investors to be notified when new information is posted to the company's IR app.
