Rivers Casino Launches JOINGO-Powered Mobile App

Rivers Casino and JOINGO, a mobile technology company providing the most advanced mobile loyalty solutions for the casino gaming industry, jointly announce the launch of its latest customer app for iPhone and Android devices. The Rivers Casino app, created using JOINGO’s Mobile Loyalty Platform, includes the Places geo-fencing feature and real-time integration with Rivers’ Konami Casino Management System, providing Rush Rewards members instant in-app access to account balances and offers.

Using JOINGO Places, Rivers Casino can target the delivery of special mobile offers and alerts to their patrons who are located within customizable regions known as geo-fences. In addition, patrons can get directions, make restaurant reservations, and learn about daily specials and promotions, all right from their mobile devices.

In its next phase, the Rivers Casino app will also have the unique capability to allow patrons to self-comp. Rush Rewards members will be able to redeem their loyalty points for promotional items and other perks directly from their mobile device.

“We strive to offer our patrons the very best casino experience,” said Zelletta Wyatt, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Operations at Rivers Casino’s parent company, Rush Street Gaming. “With JOINGO, we are able to extend that experience onto the patrons’ mobile device, providing information, convenience and additional benefits in ways that have never been possible before.”

"JOINGO is proud to partner with Rivers Casino to launch their patron mobile app," said Seamus McGill, President of JOINGO. "Rush Street Gaming is one of the first to recognize the importance and value of integrating a mobile app into traditional marketing channels. The JOINGO Platform is a turn-key solution that complements our customers’ existing marketing efforts and provides immediate ROI."

The Rivers Casino app is available now on iTunes and Google Play.
