NetCracker Spotlights Big Data Analytics to Personalize Customer Care in Leading Catalyst at TM Forum Live! 2014

NetCracker Technology announced today that it is a proud participant in the “Big Data, Big Profits: Harnessing the Power of Analytics” Catalyst demonstration at TM Forum Live! set for June 2-5 at the Acropolis Convention Center in Nice, France. The Catalyst will highlight best practices on harnessing the power of big data analytics to improve customer experience and support business growth.

NetCracker is a major contributor to the Catalyst and will showcase its expertise with production deployments among major CSPs and solutions in four key areas:

  • Personalized, real-time assisted care – Providing customer service representatives with probable reasons for incoming calls and offers personalized resolutions.
  • Proactive care – Enabling CSRs to proactively notify problems to internal and external partners and provide an estimated time for recovery.
  • Churn risk prediction for customer retention – Providing reporting capabilities for customers with high churn risk scores.
