LONDON, March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Coms plc. (AIM: COMS), announces that it has signed a 24 Month partner contract with Worldstone to commit to add an additional 400 hosted seats per month, for a minimum period of 24 months, selling across the international reseller base of Worldstone.
By the end of the term the additional seats are expected to effectively double the size of the existing Coms core business. The recent licensing of AskMerlin software has made the proposition attractive to Worldstone and their customers, as Coms can now deliver zero touch provisioning all online, with white labeled billing and collection globally.
Dave Breith (Coms CEO) states "Following our recent signing of Vonage this is starting to vindicate the belief that I have in the company. Worldstone are a leading provider of multi-site communication solutions for global businesses and we are extremely pleased that we have been chosen as their exclusive partner in this area. This truly does mark a significant development for Coms plc"
Aaron Payne (Worldstone Managing Director) comments "Worldstone, recently acquired as part of the JT Group Limited, have been in negotiations with a number of suppliers for some time. We have chosen Coms because we feel they can offer the best all round solution. We have found the Coms team both flexible and honest in their approach and we are excited to partner with them. The overall solution being provided by Coms is superior in robustness, deployment and functionality for our international reseller base"
