SkyWerx has increased capacity to its east and west microwave routes, which are capable of multi-gigabit speeds. The increased network capacity along with new network access points will expand services available to both residential and business consumers.

· Faster available broadband speeds. Residential and Small Business are capable of receiving speeds up to 20Mbps (non-dedicated) and 100+Mbps (dedicated)
· Faster response time. SkyWerx offers a low latency network which translates into faster data processing across the network. Customers will enjoy faster response times for services such as streaming HD video, online gaming, and video conferencing
· Network Reliability. SkyWerx offers the only redundant east-west network in Southwest Colorado enabling 99.99% uptime for residential service and 99.999% uptime for business class service.
SkyWerx coverage areas include La Plata and Archuleta counties, San Luis Valley, and in joint partnership with Central Colorado Telecom, also include Salida, Buena Vista, Monarch Pass, and the greater Chafee County area.
