SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/04/13 -- LEWIS PR, a global PR and digital communications agency, has expanded its digital marketing services across six hub cities and added new social advertising and paid search capabilities. The global practice, now under the brand LEWIS Pulse, focuses on global digital marketing campaigns for technology, consumer, financial services and healthcare brands.
LEWIS Pulse now has best practice hubs in Barcelona, Boston, Eindhoven, London, San Francisco and Singapore. These locations will coordinate with teams across all the agency's offices to service clients globally. In addition, having already established a successful digital production unit in its Budapest office, LEWIS is actively hiring further digital resources in other emerging markets, including its newly-opened Bangalore office. This strategy enables LEWIS to offer round-the-clock digital content creation and monitoring, cost-effectively.
LEWIS Pulse unifies the agency's brand strategy, social media marketing, SEO, design, production and Web teams from around the world. In addition, LEWIS Pulse has launched social advertising and paid search services in each of the hubs.
Clients using the agency's digital marketing services include Cisco, eBay, McAfee, Porsche Asia Pacific and SAP.
"PR agencies hold a trump card in the contest for marketing budget. They can create, curate and promote content, across all channels, with the pace and topical relevance that are so important today. The roll-out of LEWIS Pulse globally is part of our evolution into a full-service content marketing agency, with PR at its core," said Chris Lewis, CEO of LEWIS.
"The LEWIS Pulse team will work hand-in-hand with our PR teams to ensure a fully integrated approach to communications," continued Lewis. "We're doing this by assigning content editors and multi-discipline account managers to accounts to ensure a consistent 'voice' across channels."
The move reflects the full integration of Silicon Valley-based B2B social media agency, PageOne PR, which was acquired by LEWIS in 2010 and has been operating under the LEWIS Pulse brand. It also follows investments in senior digital marketing talent, including Stephen Corsi from iCrossing as US VP of digital marketing; Sanjana Chappalli from Ogilvy as APAC director of digital marketing, and Dean Russell from Fleishman-Hillard as EMEA director of digital marketing. In addition, LEWIS hired 12 new digital marketing staff in 2012. The agency is also working on further acquisitions in the digital marketing space.
