ISITE Design has hired Colin O’Neill as Vice President of Experience Design to oversee the digital agency’s growing user experience practice. Based in Portland, Oregon, Colin will lead the agency’s design teams nationally in helping clients plan, design and deliver differentiated experiences.
Colin brings more than 18 years of experience that spans advertising, marketing and digital agencies working with brands that include Adobe, DHL, LinkedIn, Visa and Xerox.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to have Colin leading our growing experience practice and agency leadership team,” said ISITE Design Co-Founder Jeff Cram. “He has a passion for helping brands understand how to best leverage the digital channel to engage with customers across the entire journey – both online and off.”
The newly created executive position is a result of the agency’s continued growth and strategic role of experience.
“While user centered thinking has been in our DNA from day one, experience design has taken on an even larger strategic role for our clients and is one of the fastest growing parts of our business,” Cram said. “This role will ensure we can continue to grow our teams and deliver world-class work for our clients.”
Colin will also help lead and contribute to ISITE’s thought leadership and community involvement which include organizing the annual Delight event, speaking at conferences, and publishing an experience design blog at Delight.us.
ISITE’s focus on experience-driven work includes integrating capabilities across in-house creative, mobile, technology and analytics teams to help clients deliver unified experiences online. This collaborative work happens across the agency’s two offices, which includes a recently renovated 18,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Portland, Oregon and an office in Boston’s Fort Point Innovation District.
