CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/26/13 -- Wmode is pleased to announce the launch of its Affiliate Commerce Exchange (ACE) service with KPN Group Belgium/BASE. Integrated with the KPN GB network, ACE will provide 3rd party app stores and digital services providers with a powerful solution that will allow the subscribers of the different brands of KPN Group Belgium to put charges on their mobile account.
ACE will enable KPN GB to offer its customers carrier checkout and supports an integrated charge authorization model for other 3rd party billing partners. Furthermore, the solution also offers partners a powerful set of API's for access control, subscriptions and event- based billing features. KPN GB, best known by his main brand BASE, is the mobile challenger of the Belgian market and is continuously looking for improvement and innovations for its customers.
Utilizing the outsourced services of Wmode, BASE can now confidently push into the app store and value added services space with the backing of a fully integrated and secure payment and charging infrastructure. With BASE's ability to grow its Third Party Services billing capabilities, it can look forward to opening its network to third-party service providers offering digital content, through a single point of billing integration.
