PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwire - February 12, 2013) - Integra Telecom Inc., a provider of fiber-based, business-grade networking, communications and technology solutions, has hired Felicity O'Herron as senior vice present, human resources. O'Herron will work closely with Integra's leadership team to ensure alignment between business strategy, internal policy and hiring strategies as the company continues its successful evolution to serving markets ranging from small business to the enterprise.

O'Herron brings to Integra more than 20 years of human resources expertise, with significant experience with major telecommunications providers. Having begun her career as a human resources lawyer, O'Herron has a wealth of knowledge surrounding mergers and acquisitions in addition to management and recruitment. Prior to Integra, O'Herron held various human resources management positions, including nearly 15 years served at Qwest Communications. Her last role at Qwest was as vice president, human resources, managing more than 150 human resources professionals and a $30 million operating budget.
