Bandwidth, the leading choice for innovative and scalable voice, 9-1-1 and SMS solutions, today announced BizVoIP.com as a new Unified Communication Trunking (UC Trunking) customer. Bandwidth UC Trunking is a private label SIP Trunking solution that lets BizVoIP.com replace referral agreements by adding voice calling into the company’s portfolio of unified communications services to directly participate in voice revenue streams.
BizVoIP.com is a go-to resource for companies in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut looking for a better telecom experience, providing enhanced voice communications systems to large businesses that value the ability to stay in touch with its clients.
“With Bandwidth as our voice partner, we can quickly pursue new revenue streams that we fully control without complicated partner relationships and payout plans. In fact, we already have multiple customers benefiting from Bandwidth UC Trunking today,” said Allan Rappaport, CEO of BizVoIP.com. “We add voice, to include supporting customers’ 9-1-1 needs, without hassling with telecom’s complexities.”
Bandwidth UC Trunking takes the SIP Trunking service one step further by packaging it as a private label solution with added capabilities ideally suited for reselling by BizVoIP.com and other unified communications or managed services providers. Such capabilities include:
- Per site SIP Trunking account management with activations as early as “same day”
- Per site billing, to segment jurisdictionalized taxation and regulatory fees
- Direct Tier 2 and higher technical support
- Bandwidth’s own E9-1-1 service; the only tier-1 voice provider with this capability
- Proprietary intelligent fraud monitoring
“As communication technology evolves, everyone is racing to stay one step ahead of customer needs while also taking advantage of opportunities to provide a broader palate of communications services,” said Steve Leonard, executive vice president and general manager of Bandwidth. “For a UC provider like BizVoIP.com who is interested in adding voice to its portfolio, Bandwidth UC Trunking helps them take direct control of their voice calling revenues.”
Bandwidth helped pioneer SIP Trunking, offering the service since 2006, and today serves thousands of large enterprise customers across the United States. Bandwidth SIP Trunking leverages the company’s all IP, nationwide network – the same network powering the company’s hundreds of wholesale customers – backed by its industry-leading customer support. Bandwidth SIP Trunking is a highly scalable, simple and flexible voice calling solution that minimizes customers’ dependencies on additional third-party providers.
