INSIDE Secure Expands Global Network of Sales Organizations

Strengthening its position as a leader in semiconductor and software solutions for securing transactions, content and digital identity, INSIDE Secure today announced that BP Sales (www.bpsales.com), an award-winning, multi-national technical sales firm with offices in the United States, and subsidiaries in Mexico, and Brazil has been named to represent the company’s product offerings in Mexico. The addition of BP Electronica to INSIDE Secure’s global sales network will enable the company to more easily provide customers with local design and engineering support and easy access to its broad portfolio of security solutions as businesses and administrations in Mexico increasingly rely on technology to protect against fraud, the growing threat of cyber attacks and the loss of privacy, among other issues.

“With the addition of BP Electronica, INSIDE now has a strong presence in important markets, where we believe our extensive portfolio of security offerings will provide compelling solutions for customers,” said Christian Fleutelot, executive vice president of the Digital Security Division at INSIDE Secure. “INSIDE Secure will continue to expand its global sales network in strategically important regions to better serve our customers and exploit new opportunities with companies whose products allow people to securely make payments, identify themselves, protect intellectual property, access information and subscribe to services.”

Alejandro Nava A., Director General of BP Electronica, commented: "Faced with new challenges in security equipment in general, but with a particular focus on technology, we are very excited to represent INSIDE Secure, since many of our customers are looking for technology to make secure contact-only and contactless payments, and to protect their source codes, firmware applications and software, and control physical access as well as access to important information, including mobile payment to obviate the need to carry cash.

“In other parts of the world there are, for example, already passports with identity chips which help the authorities to process and validate information, while other customers, such as those who sell services like pay-TV, can restrict their customers' access to certain channels. In the security equipment sector in Mexico, there is a need to design custom solutions, so that with INSIDE Secure's products, we will be able to support our customers in the development of such solutions, without having to look for something external that does not meet all their requirements. We have received the necessary training and we are now working on several projects facilitating payment by cellphone and smartcard, contact-only and contactless, while protecting the intellectual property of our some of our customers' projects."

BP Sales will sell and support INSIDE Secure’s complete product line, including industry leading VaultIC™ and MicroPass® secure solutions, MicroRead®, SecuRead® and Open NFC™ near field communication (NFC) hardware and software, contact and contactless smart card reader chips and RISC-based contact and dual-interface secure microcontrollers.

Machine learning has taken residence at our cities' cores and now we can finally have "smart cities." Cities are a collection of buildings made to provide the structure and safety necessary for people to function, create and survive. Buildings are a pool of ever-changing performance data from large automated systems such as heating and cooling to the people that live and work within them. Through machine learning, buildings can optimize performance, reduce costs, and improve occupant comfort by ...

Poor data quality and analytics drive down business value. In fact, Gartner estimated that the average financial impact of poor data quality on organizations is $9.7 million per year. But bad data is much more than a cost center. By eroding trust in information, analytics and the business decisions based on these, it is a serious impediment to digital transformation.
