CSG Systems International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS), a global provider of software and services-based business support solutions that help clients generate revenue and maximize customer relationships, has won a 2012 INTERNET TELEPHONY BSS/OSS Excellence Award for the company’s Enhanced Sales Edition solution. The editors of INTERNET TELEPHONY selected the winning organizations based on how the business support systems and operations support systems contributed to the success of their clients' businesses or created exceptional systems for supporting internal network operations or customer support solutions.
Designed to provide clients with a more unified and cohesive way of managing and defining complex service packages across departments, CSG’s Enhanced Sales Edition and Product Catalog solution creates a more effective, customer friendly order and offer management process. As a result, Communication Service Providers (CSPs) have the agility to launch new services while driving an increase in overall customer satisfaction.
For one client, CSG’s ESE solution has reduced average call handle times by 29 seconds and increased triple play orders by 27 percent, all with the full solution deployed in just 60 days.
“In today’s dynamic marketplace, offering the right package to the right customer can dramatically influence a CSP’s bottom line and make a significant impact on the quality of the customer experience,” said Sean Brown, Senior Vice President of Product Management at CSG International. “Our clients have found that by leveraging CSG’s flexible solutions, they can automate and streamline offer and order management to not only improve the overall process, but boost customer satisfaction. We are pleased to be recognized by INTERNET TELEPHONY for our commitment to driving BSS and OSS innovation for our customers.”
"The BSS/OSS Excellence Awards provide recognition for contribution to the growth of and innovation displayed in an increasingly complex and vital market," said Erik Linask, Editorial Director of INTERNET TELEPHONY. "Only the companies who presented the best and most compelling solutions were granted a 2012 BSS/OSS Excellence Awards."
The complete list of winners of the Fourth Annual BSS/OSS Excellence Awards are featured in the December 2012 issue of INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine and available online.
