ATLANTA, Jan. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The partnership between CCHS and Intelacloud enables small and medium sized companies to reduce their telecom expenses drastically, while the companies receive products built for large corporations. The partnership allows IntelaCloud to enter the Atlanta market with a key difference compared to their competitors-all support and sales are handled locally by local firms.

With most business VoIP providers for small and medium sized businesses, the customer must fill out online forms, or call a person to place an order. Within a few days, the phones will arrive, and it is upon the customer to plug the phones into the walls, set them up, and make sure the system is working. With the IntelaCloud/CCHS partnership, a representative from CCHS will meet with the local firm, study the current system, and then recommend the proper configuration for that company.
For one current customer that implemented a competing platform, the internal network was not properly configured, so as the phones were plugged into the network, they phone system did not work. With having CCHS in your office, and understanding your system, this will not occur, because our technicians and our network engineers ensure that your network infrastructure matches specifications needed for business VoIP.
As CCHS has rolled out this system to three clients in the Atlanta area, including purchasing new phones for the VoIP system, all of the customers have paid off the new system within two months of service. While all of CCHS's current customers have purchased new systems, that is not required. Throughout the IntelaCloud system, over half of the clients have chosen to keep their older PBX system, while enjoying the lower cost of using the internet to deliver their phone calls.
