Tokyo, Jan 15, 2013 - (JCN Newswire) - NEC Corporation (NEC) today announced the deployment of its iPASOLINK series for NURTS Bulgaria JSC, one of the leading broadcasting companies in Bulgaria.
Broadcasting networks in Bulgaria converted to digital broadcasting during 2012. NURTS' broadcasts reach approximately 97 percent of the country's population. As part of maintaining its services, NURTS will deploy NEC iPASOLINK 200/400/1000 for the backhaul of its digital broadcasting network, which transmits digital signals between the digital broadcasting sites being widely expanded throughout Bulgaria.
