TEOCO, the leading provider of Assurance and Analytics solutions to communications service providers worldwide, announced its technology experts will headline sessions at various conferences in January across Western Europe, the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), and North America. Jacob Howell will be speaking at the Telecom Analytics Conference (http://bit.ly/UTNRuf) in Atlanta, Georgia, USA on January 31st. The presentation titled "Big Data, Big Results: Case Studies of Big Data Customer Analytics" will share best practices and highlight impressive and unexpected results from implementing Big Data Customer Analytics across multiple customers.
