In this role, Clark is responsible for the identification, evaluation, development and management of strategic programs and partnerships across Oceus Networks’ international, public safety and U.S. defense sectors.

Prior to joining Oceus Networks, Clark held various roles over the last 14 years in sales, program management and business development at Sprint Nextel Communications. Prior to Nextel he worked as a strategic research analyst at Oshkosh Truck and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. Mr. Clark proudly served as a United States Marine Corps communicator and has been married to his wife Becky Clark for 23 years.
