The Node Flow is a user interface device fabricated for improving IVR applications as well as for an absolute communication application for intelligent networks of large enterprises and telecom companies. The application possesses an inbuilt support of advanced application interfaces like web API and soap API. In addition to these, it is also a design that facilitates the construction of independent IVR templates which may be a part of the main IVR call flows. Any amendment in the template would get displayed automatically in the IVR.
In reference to this, CTO at Drishti, Nayan Jain opines, "We realize the requirements of the intricate processes of large enterprises are dynamic which vary day in and day out. In order to help them attain their needs, the Node Flow has been designed to cater to their needs. It is a tool that integrates with AMEYO and executes all the possible efforts assigned to it. It is also user-friendly which enables the user to record all the occurrences and executions. AMEYO derives it's intelligence from the Node Flow which identifies operations and makes scheduling easier."
With the help of the Node Flow, the complex business processes have been able to execute their businesses easily and without hassles. It enables database connectivity, scheduled call backs and also identify them according to a customer's requirement. It has the ability for answering machine detection and also enables the transfer of calls to a particular DID. In a nutshell, the Node Flow is the backbone of AMEYO which works efficiently with its assistance.
