BEIJING, Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Camelot Information Systems Inc. ("Camelot" or the "Company") (NYSE: CIS), a leading domestic provider of enterprise application services and financial industry information technology services in China, today announced that it has rescheduled its earnings release and will now release unaudited financial results for the third quarter of 2012 on December 13, 2012, after the U.S. market close.
Camelot senior management will also host a conference call at 8:00 p.m. (U.S. Eastern Standard Time) / 5:00 p.m. (U.S. Pacific Standard Time) on Thursday, December 13 / 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 14, 2012 (Beijing / Hong Kong time) to discuss the Company's third-quarter 2012 financial results.
