PARK CITY, UT--(Marketwire - November 30, 2012) - Tristan Webb, President of Utah Vacation Homes and Future Focus Utilities has been selected to speak at the upcoming inaugural Holiday Rental Professionals Seminar hosted by the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA), 4-5 December 2012 at the Barceló Atenea Mar Hotel in Barcelona, Spain.

A committee of industry leaders from around the globe selected Webb because of his expertise in Rental Regulations. Webb, who has been in the holiday rental industry for 14 years, will present a session titled, "Global Look at Rental Restrictions." This session will focus on government and community involvement in the pursuit of private property owners and professional property managers / Holiday Short Stay Rental Professionals.

The 2012 Holiday Rental Professionals Seminar was conceived during a 2011 organizing event of 40 industry professionals held in Rome, Italy.

Industry professionals from throughout Europe and beyond are invited to register to participate in the 2012 Holiday Rental Professionals Seminar, which features 13 industry-leading sessions and two dynamic keynote speakers.

In addition to holiday rental agents, all vendor/supplier companies affiliated with the holiday rental industry in Europe are invited to participate in the event as a sponsor. In order to attend the event, any company that sells a product/service to those involved in the rental or operations side of the industry must register as a sponsor.
