System Concepts, Inc. (SCI), a leading provider of food and beverage procurement, inventory and culinary control software solutions, today announced the appointment of Paul Hadreas, CCM, as Vice President Business Development. SCI’s FOOD-TRAK® cloud-based and in-house applications are widely used across the hospitality and food service industry.
Hadreas earned the Certified Club Manager designation from Club Managers Association of America, and brings over 20 years of comprehensive expertise in the area of food and beverage management to this role. Prior to joining SCI, Hadreas was VP Food and Beverage operations for Troon Golf Management, where he was responsible for overseeing F&B operations at more than 65 private and fee-based clubs. He also held the position of Clubhouse Manager at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Md., and senior management positions with Pebble Beach Company, Westin and Hyatt Hotels.
