iTeknik Holding Corporation Posts Quarterly Sales of More Than $3 Million; Along With Positive Net Income and a 23.4% Decrease in Debt for the First Three Months of FY 2013

COMMERCE, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 11/20/12 -- iTeknik Holding Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ITKH), a leader in the telecommunications industry through its Send Global subsidiary, today posted its First Quarter FY 2013 financial results. Sales for the first three months of fiscal year 2013, ending September 30, 2012, were $3,014,262 compared to $3,085,770 for the same period in FY 2012. Net Income for the first three months of FY 2013 was $11,445, compared to $59,474 during the first three months of FY 2012.

Other financial results for the first three months of 2013 include:

  • Total Assets increased by 10.6%
  • Debt decreased by 23.4%
  • Operating Expenses were reduced by 13.5%
