London, UK - November 19, 2012: Tribold, the world's leading provider of software solutions powering product agility for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), today announced its presence at TM Forum Management World Americas 2012.
At the event, being held at Orlando's Rosen Shingle Creek hotel (Dec 4-6), Tribold will be showcasing how they help CSPs to accelerate speed-to-market for new offerings, increase conversion rates for offers and improve efficiency in the fulfillment of orders.
Key highlights for Tribold at the show include:
Tribold Configure Price Quote innovations
Announced at Management World in May, Tribold CPQ is a services engine that powers the front end of the CSP Quote and Order Capture process. Tribold CPQ allows CSPs to accelerate speed-to-market for new offerings, improve their conversion rates on offers, and improve their efficiency in the fulfillment of orders. Tribold will be making further announcements surrounding Tribold CPQ in Orlando.
TM Forum standards conformance
Following recent re-certification, Tribold executives will be discussing how CSPs can make the most out of Frameworx Conformance Certification. A recent TM Forum Tribold case study about Frameworx Conformance Certification will be available at the show.
Tribold - Microsoft Solutions for CSPs
Tribold will be demonstrating how their customers and partners are integrating Tribold EPM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to provide faster deployment, higher agility, and lower cost of ownership than doing CRM integration and customization from scratch.
PLM Thought Leadership
Tribold will be previewing a PLM thought leadership industry best practice white paper, written in conjunction with TM Forum and with insights from our customer telecom New Zealand.
