[NYSE: TDS], a leading provider of telecommunications services, has declared a fourth quarter 2012 dividend of $0.1225 per Common Share and Series A Common Share. Payment will be made on Dec. 28, 2012 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 17, 2012.
