DALLAS, Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- HomeVestors, also known as the We Buy Ugly Houses® company, is equipping its 260 franchise owners in 36 states with a mobile app that helps them to accurately evaluate a property, develop a list of repairs that need to be made and accurately estimate the cost of repairs so that home purchase decisions can be made on the spot.
