The acquisition will result in TCCI becoming a division of WFI. TCCI will retain its current brand in the marketplace.

The acquisition of TCCI continues to strengthen WFI’s self-performance capabilities, allowing the company to deepen its portfolio of services to address the exploding demand for cell-site technical services. Randy Gayer, Sr. Vice President of WFI, commented on the synergistic fit of the acquisition by noting, “TCCI is a natural expansion of our company’s offering with its focus on addressing the tower and site services market.
