This Tier 1 ranking was determined through the firm's overall evaluation, which was derived from a combination of client feedback, peer review and law firm survey responses.
This news comes on the heels of a recent survey by BTI Consulting Group Inc., which cited McGuireWoods' litigation practices in several categories, including recognition as a "Litigation Powerhouse: Class Action and Tort," in its 2013 edition of BTI Litigation Outlook: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms survey.
