iCIMS Partners with Orange Tree to Further Onboard Capabilities

-Talent Platform integrates with background screening provider to streamline talent acquisition lifecycle-

MATAWAN, N.J., Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, capitalized on significant momentum year to date with its partnership with Orange Tree Employment Screening, a national employee background and drug screening provider. The integration between iCIMS and Orange Tree Employment Screening allows for a seamless transition of data between the two systems, saving valuable time and financial resources for HR professionals while storing all candidate data in a centralized location.

Clients using both providers have candidates fill out necessary job application paperwork online, which is stored in iCIMS' Talent Platform. Then, the stored data is seamlessly transferred into Orange Tree Employee Screening's system and automatically populates the necessary fields in Orange Tree's solution, eliminating the need to manually enter data in a separate system. The process enables real-time updates, better data integrity, and secure data transfers, allowing HR professionals to receive accurate information on candidates.

"Our partnership with iCIMS has made background checks easier than ever before," said Steve Mihalik, Chief Revenue Officer, Orange Tree Employee Screening. "Due to the integration, mutual customers won't need to stress about inaccurately entering a candidate's information and reviewing the wrong information as a result. They can just log into their iCIMS account, send all information to Orange Tree's system, and receive the background check in the same location without ever leaving the Talent Platform," concluded Mihalik.

Since the establishment of the partnership in 2008, close to 20 clients have chosen to pair the Talent Platform with Orange Tree's Background Screening system. Penn National Gaming, one of the many success stories from the partnership, has been able to receive, handle, and screen high volumes of employment applications, saving time and simplifying processes for all locations and departments. "Before we used iCIMS and Orange Tree, it was a painful experience to do individual background checks for each candidate," said Eric Gilson, Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, Penn National Gaming. "Screening every single applicant is now a breeze thanks to iCIMS and Orange Tree's proven seamless integration," concluded Gilson.

"Giving iCIMS clients the option to utilize a premier national employee background screening, in concert with a best-in-breed ATS, provides an additional layer of security and definitely expedites the onboarding process for new hires," said Susan Vitale, Chief Marketing Officer, iCIMS.

In recent months, Orange Tree has strengthened its relationship with the leading provider of talent acquisition software solutions by sponsoring iCIMS' Social Talent Acquisition Series. The event series caters to companies of all sizes in the NYC, Boston, Atlanta, Denver, and Dallas that are interested in learning more about "The Future of Recruiting in the Age of Social Media and Mobile Technology." Furthermore, Orange Tree was the platinum sponsor of iCIMS' 9th Annual Customer Advisory Council.  The annual conference gathers a select group of customers to participate in discussions focused on the innovation of social and mobile capabilities in the world of Human Resources.
