ISee3D Signs MOU With Insprit of South Korea for 3D in Media Convergence Devices

MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 04/13/10 -- ISee3D Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ICT) announced today it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Insprit Inc., of South Korea, for incorporating ISee3D's patented single lens, single camera 3D capture technology into smart home devices.

ISee3D CEO Dwight Romanica said "The opportunities in smart communications devices are moving extremely rapidly. This is why we have chosen to work with one of the most innovative and nimblest convergence solutions providers in Korea."
