David Haggerty
David Haggerty is chief research officer at TestQuest, Inc., a provider of test automation and management solutions for the mobile and wireless industry. He joined TestQuest in 2000 as vice president of engineering. He has over 25 years of experience developing complex hardware and software systems. David holds a BS in mathematics and a BA in physics from Bemidji State University.
